Responsibilities

• You develop solutions for the implementation and expansion of AI in our products, to optimize efficiency and usability, for example in our Chatbot.
• Together with IT, you implement the conceived solutions and analyze the relevant metrics for the continuous improvement of the products.
• You design and optimize the user interfaces of our products – with a focus on usability, web design, and performance, to enable the best customer experience.
• You keep yourself up-to-date with technological trends and developments to introduce innovative product features.
• In close cooperation with IT, customer service, management, and external partners, you work on projects to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• A current enrollment in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, VWL, Informatik o. Ä.
• Initial experience in the field of AI & Automation and the willingness to continuously deepen and expand your knowledge.
• An eye for design and user experience to enable the best customer experience through AI & automation.
• Very good analytical skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Strong conceptual skills and a structured, independent way of working.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2) in speech and writing.
