About the Position
Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich HR
EASY SOFTWARE is looking for a Werkstudent to join our HR team. You will support all aspects of operational HR work along the employee life-cycle processes from hiring to offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Support in all aspects of operational HR work along the employee life-cycle processes from hiring to offboarding
- Create interim and employment certificates
- Independently create certificates and other documents
- Contribute to the creation of reports
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., the introduction of new HR software) and the continuous optimization of our HR processes
Requirements
- You are a registered student in business psychology, business administration, or a comparable field
- You enjoy communicating with people and have a strong service orientation
- Initial operational experience in HR, especially in recruiting, is desirable
- You have a passion for learning, are curious, and enjoy contributing to team success with your work
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- You work accurately and reliably and have very good written and verbal communication skills in German
