In addition to our location in Munich, our car rental price comparison has been based in Augsburg since 2016, directly at the HELIO at Augsburg Central Station.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive Consultation: You support us in providing competent telephone consultation and support to customers before, during, and after the booking of car rentals within our service hours from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 23:00 (preferably on weekends during the semester and/or full-time during the semester break).
Exciting Customers: Thanks to modern generative AI systems, you can respond to customer inquiries even faster and more precisely. You independently handle the wishes and bookings of our customers via email and the associated administrative tasks.
Data Management: You are responsible for the independent recording and maintenance of customer data.
Realizing Ideas: You actively participate in the further development of our internal processes.

Requirements

Education: Ongoing studies
Practical Experience: Serious and friendly demeanor in telephone contact with our car rental customers. Call center experience or comparable professional experience is advantageous.
Drive & Communication: Structured working method, sociability, and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in consultation conversations. Additionally, you bring very good communicative skills, teamwork, flexibility, and personal responsibility to achieve measurable results quickly.
Smart Problem Solving: Quick comprehension to understand complex contexts and a hands-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions.
Digital Fit & Tools: High internet affinity, secure handling of MS Office, as well as curiosity for AI-based tools and interest in digital trends.
Language Skills: Fluent German language skills in speech and writing.
