IN A NUTSHELL
As a Werkstudent in the POC-Team (People & Organizational Culture), you will actively contribute to shaping our company culture.
You will be directly involved in exciting areas: From staff development to employer branding and recruiting. We offer you maximum variety: You will design various HR projects from the initial idea to the final implementation.
Responsibilities
- Personal & Leadership Development: Support the conception and implementation of development programs and learning formats (e.g., online training for our AI training).
- Organizational Development: Accompany various projects to shape our corporate culture and support the organization and moderation of retros and workshops.
- Employee Survey: Participate in the implementation and evaluation of our annual employee survey (from setup to evaluation).
- Employer Branding: Participate in internal and external campaigns and in content creation for our social media channels – from brainstorming to image collection and writing captions.
- Recruiting: Participate in the recruiting process and independently support individual positions – from interview coordination and execution to the creation of employment contracts.
Requirements
- You are a Master's or Bachelor's student (from the 4th semester) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.
- You have initial experience in the HR sector through internships or work-study jobs.
- You have a strong interest in organizational culture and staff development.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
- You have a hands-on mentality: You have no problem helping with administrative tasks and thinking strategically.
