Responsibilities
As a Werkstudent in Recruiting, you will:
- Support our Recruiters in the daily operations and the entire hiring process
- Conduct initial selection of applications and first telephone interviews
- Accompany our candidates through the selection process and participate in interviews
- Work closely with various departments and learn about the requirements of different positions
Requirements
About Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled for at least 2 semesters – ideally in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, (Business) Education, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field
- Open, communicative nature and enjoy interacting with people
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Structured, reliable, and eager to actively contribute to the team
- Possess a driver's license and own a car (unfortunately, we do not have good bus and train connections to our location in the Netherlands)
