About the Role
Do you want to gain insights into the world of recruiting and actively contribute to finding the best talents for our Logistics Operations and Supply Chain departments?
Then we are looking for you – as a Werkstudent in Recruiting, starting immediately or by agreement!
You will support our team in finding suitable candidates and gain comprehensive insights into the entire hiring process. If you are eager to gain practical experience in recruiting and become an important part of our team, we look forward to your application!
Responsibilities
- You will support our recruiters in daily operations and the entire hiring process
- You will take over the preliminary selection of applications and conduct initial telephone interviews
- You will accompany our candidates through the selection process and participate in interviews
- You will work closely with various departments and learn about the requirements for different positions
Qualifications
About Your Profile
- You are enrolled for at least 2 more semesters – ideally in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, (Business) Education, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field
- You have an open, communicative nature and enjoy interacting with people
- You have excellent German and English language skills in speech and writing
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and are eager to actively contribute to the team
- You have a driver's license and a car (Unfortunately, we do not have good bus and train connections to our location in the Netherlands)
