Responsibilities
- Support our recruiters in the daily operations and the entire hiring process
- Conduct initial screening of applications and first telephone interviews
- Accompany candidates through the selection process and participate in interviews
- Work closely with various departments to understand the requirements of different positions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled for at least 2 semesters – ideally in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, (Economic) Education, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field
- Open, communicative personality and a willingness to engage with people
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Structured, reliable, and eager to actively contribute to the team
- Possession of a driver's license and a personal vehicle (We unfortunately do not have good bus and train connections to our location in the Netherlands)
