Your Impact

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Learning Team begleitest du die Onboarding Journey unserer neuen Mitarbeiter:innen und machst ihren „Welcome Day“ zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis.

• Project Management: Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung unserer Onboardingveranstaltungen.
• Project Development: Gemeinsam entwickeln wir das Onboarding weiter und erleichtern unseren neuen Kolleg:innen den Einstieg.
• Communication: Du pflegst unsere internen Kommunikationskanäle und hilfst bei der internen Vermarktung.
• Teamwork: Als Team arbeiten wir eng zusammen, bringen proaktiv unsere Ideen ein und feiern gemeinsame Erfolge.
• Networking: Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren People Teams und Stakeholdern aus dem Business bietet dir eine erste Möglichkeit, ein persönliches Netzwerk aufzubauen.

Your Skillset

• Studies mit einem der folgenden Schwerpunkte: Event Management-, Sozial-, Geistes-, Kommunikations- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• First Experience im Rahmen eines Praktikums im Bereich Event oder Personal wünschenswert
• Enjoyment in Organizing und ein Auge für Details
• Proficient in MS Office (z. B. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good German and English skills
