Responsibilities

• Support us initially in daily operations – from the preparation and follow-up of national and international payroll to the creation of employer documents and data maintenance in the system and the control of the absence workflow.
• Analyze these manual processes with a payroll perspective. Your goal: The digitalization and automation of these processes.
• Use tools like Google Apps Script, Codex, and Generative AI to eliminate manual routine tasks and build efficient, digital workflows.
• Keep an eye on our invoice approvals in our finance tool and help us identify and approve documents relevant to flat-rate taxation.
• Be a competent and service-oriented contact person for our employees.

Requirements

• You are studying Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a comparable course of study.
• You have a basic understanding of or strong interest in payroll processes.
• You are tech-savvy and ideally have initial experience (or a lot of motivation to learn) with Google Apps Script, Codex, and Generative AI (such as Gemini or ChatGPT).
• You are highly motivated, think process-oriented, work independently, and are reliable.
• As we are an international team, you have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
• For Werkstudenten: Availability of 16-20h/week
• For Interns: Minimum duration of 6 months
