About the Role

As a Werkstudent Recruiting & People Operations (all genders) at SYNAOS, you will ensure that we find the right people and that our people processes run quickly and smoothly. You will have the space to tackle your own topics and a team that supports you. Where manual work is still involved, you will find a better way with AI.

Your Mission

• Coordination of application processes, contact with candidates, and initial interviews
• Maintenance of the candidate pipeline in Personio
• Active sourcing: finding and directly contacting suitable talents, especially via LinkedIn
• Participation in people operations processes, e.g., employment contracts, onboarding, Personio data, or internal guidelines
• Use of AI to automate manual work in recruiting and people operations
• Own ideas on where processes are stuck and how they can run better
• Focus varies depending on the hiring phase: sometimes more recruiting, sometimes more people operations

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a degree program, e.g., Psychology, Business Studies, Business Informatics, etc., with at least 12 months remaining
• Quick comprehension: You understand tasks even with little context and ask targeted questions
• Problem-solving: You break down unclear problems and come up with a solution proposal, not just questions
• Critical thinking: You question assumptions and processes
• Initiative: You bring your own ideas and coordinate them with us before starting
• Confident use of AI tools that you already use in your studies or everyday life
• Carefulness and discretion in handling confidential data
• Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, but not mandatory
• Languages: Very good German (C1) and English (C1)
