Your Responsibilities

Unterstützung in der Ausarbeitung innovativer Konzept- und Kommunikationsideen im Rahmen strategischer Projekte
Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für die interne Kommunikation (Confluence-Seiten, Intranet Beiträge, Meeting-Runden)
Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines fachlichen Trainingscenters, inklusive Aufbau eines Kommunikationskonzeptes unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Stakeholder
Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Moderation & Nachbereitung von Workshops (z.B. Lessons Learned, Teamworkshops...)
Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung interner Veranstaltungen
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender interner Kommunikations- und Kulturformate sowie Übernahme weiterer organisatorischer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Your Profile

Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Erste praktische Erfahrungen in Kommunikation, Projektmanagement, sowie technisches Verständnis, idealerweise mit ersten Kenntnissen in der Workshopdurchführung und Aufbereitung von Kommunikationsformaten
Begeisterung für kreative Ideen in der Bereichskommunikation (Townhalls & Updaterunden)
Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kreativität, Organisationsgeschick und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Word sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
