About the Role:

Amprion is seeking a Werkstudent to contribute to the knowledge management for our high-voltage direct current projects. This role involves working closely with project teams and subject matter experts to manage and update knowledge content, coordinate revision cycles, and maintain SharePoint pages and digital files. Additionally, you will help create onboarding materials for new project members and support various project management tasks and events.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management: Contribute to the setup of knowledge management for our direct current cable routes.
• Content Management: Enter and update knowledge content in the SmartStash system in collaboration with project teams and experts.
• Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the revision cycles of knowledge content.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize SharePoint pages and digital files.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in creating onboarding materials for new project members.
• Project Support: Provide additional support in project management and events.

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, Spatial Planning, Geography, Business Administration, Information Management, or a similar program.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and AI applications.
  • Strong interest in knowledge management, documentation, and project management in large infrastructure and energy transition projects.
  • Structured and meticulous work approach with a knack for presenting information clearly.
  • Excellent command of the German language and precise written expression.
