About the Position

Join Delos Cloud GmbH as a Werkstudent in Business Operations, supporting process documentation and team collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and documentation of existing and new business processes in SAP Signavio in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Create, structure, and update documentation, templates, and SharePoint pages regularly.
• Develop training materials and work/standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare content for presentations and create decision templates in PowerPoint.
• Assist the team in daily operations and work on various projects in the Business Operations area.
• Independently handle and execute smaller projects (e.g., SharePoint setup and document management, etc.).

Requirements

• Student (w/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Business Management, Business Informatics, or similar areas.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Initial experience with process management tools (e.g., SAP Signavio) is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Highly motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to quickly understand complex content and present concepts visually and analytically.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.

About the Company

Delos Cloud GmbH was founded by SAP to offer the German administration a sovereign cloud on an open hyperscaler platform. As a reliable partner, we will meet the special security requirements of our customers and contribute to the digital transformation of the public administration. For this exciting task, we are gradually expanding our organization in the coming months.
