Werkstudent (w/m/d) für den Bereich Verlagskundenbetreuung
Gewinnen Sie mit uns und verstärken Sie unser Team als Werkstudent im Bereich Verlagskundenbetreuung in München.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung im Bereich Händler- und Social Media-Marketing für Verlage
- Verfügbarkeitsprüfung digitaler Inhalte in den Online Shops
- Unterstützung beim Kundensupport im Bereich Verlagssoftware und E-Book-Herstellung
- Erfassung, Koordination und Verarbeitung von digitalen Umsatz-Reports
- Qualitätsprüfung und Pflege von Umsatz-Reports
- Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung neuer Workflows, Standards und Prüfroutinen
Requirements
- Starkes Interesse am Verlagswesen
- Affinität zu Zahlen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Selbstständiges und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
- Erste Erfahrungen mit CMS-Programmen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
