Buhl Data Service GmbH in Burbach or Siegen is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexible hours and remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation and Service: As part of our service team, you will provide friendly and competent advice to our customers regarding product and contract questions, both over the phone and via email. You will handle their inquiries through our electronic ticket system.
• Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: You will maintain existing customer relationships and establish new ones through telephone outreach.

Work Schedule

2/5 days of remote work per week

Requirements

• Communication and Motivation: You are communicative and eager to gain practical work experience.
• Knowledge and Willingness to Learn: You have experience in customer service or are willing to learn extensively about the topic.
• Studies and Availability: You are willing to work between 12 and 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
