About the Position
Werkstudent/in (all genders) YouTube Channel Management
PLAION PICTURES, a leading independent film distributor, is looking for a dedicated Werkstudent/in to join our YouTube Channel Management team in Berlin. This role is hybrid and will help us expand our market position in the film industry.
Responsibilities
As a Werkstudent/in YouTube Channel Management, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the company's YouTube channels for PLAION PICTURES:
- Manage your own YouTube channels and create SEO-optimized video descriptions, titles, and tags
- Ensure the quality control of videos and channels
- Handle claims and rights requests independently
- Communicate with the YouTube channel community
- Create performance analyses and evaluate key metrics
- Develop concepts and strategies to increase views and subscribers
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a media or communications degree or a comparable field
- Interest in YouTube, film, video-on-demand, and social media
- Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Previous experience in managing YouTube channels
