About the Job
As part of the Business Development Supply Team, you will be the first point of contact for our everyday help applicants, handle phone interviews, support training and webinars, and convince them of the job as an everyday helper.
You will:
- Be the first point of contact for our everyday help applicants
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates and support webinars and training sessions
- Get to know the market, monitor it, and help develop new strategies
- Ensure that applicants meet all conditions, submit necessary documents, and thereby speed up our application process
- Work closely with the Support, Demand, and Marketing teams to discuss cross-team content
- Participate in daily check-ins and monthly individual and team meetings
Your Qualifications
We are the perfect match if you:
- Are currently enrolled in and officially matriculated in a university. Preferably in Business Development, Recruiting, Human Resources Development, Psychology, or similar fields
- Have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and high social competence
- Are familiar with CRM systems such as "Salesforce"
- Have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
