We also offer modern medical equipment such as digital X-rays, in-house laboratories, and ultrasound. We provide our staff with the necessary tools to ensure excellent veterinary care for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Support in preliminary accounting and compile all relevant documents for the monthly closing
• Record and verify incoming invoices in our digital finance tool
• Maintain contracts, supplier, and master data and ensure a clean, structured document storage
• Communicate with our practice teams and suppliers regarding invoices, payment information, or missing documents
• Participate in process optimizations to continuously improve our financial processes
• Provide selective support on strategic finance topics and contribute to Rex's growth

Requirements

• Currently studying in a Bachelor's or Master's program preferably in Business Administration or comparable fields with above-average success
• Previous work experience in the finance sector
• Meticulous, reliable, and have a keen eye for structure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to work at least two fixed days per week in our office in Berlin-Mitte
