Responsibilities
As part of our HR Operations Team, you will support us in the daily operations of HR and gain exciting insights into modern HR practices within an international technology company.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting our HR team in daily operations
- Participating in HR-related processes such as hiring, contract changes, or employee exits
- Maintaining and processing HR data in SAP HR, including document management
- Assisting with administrative tasks and ongoing HR projects
- Researching and preparing various HR-related topics
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current studies in Business Administration, Business Law, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in the HR field is a plus
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Enjoyment of organizational and administrative tasks
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Very good German and good English language skills
