Your Role

Are you passionate about strategy, B2B sales, and business development? Are you excited about CleanTech and eager to use the latest AI tools, convinced that the energy transition in Germany can succeed? Then apply with us! You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Solutions and be actively involved in building this strategically important area. Our goal: to convince corporate clients with analytically and technologically superior concepts to build scalable partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Setup: You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Solutions and support the setup of this strategically important new business from the ground up.
• Strategic Concepts: You will help develop tailored solution approaches that are precisely tailored to the needs of our B2B customers.
• Analytics & Calculation: You will apply existing Excel models, economic feasibility studies, and business cases and enjoy diving into financial details.
• Process Innovation & AI: You will help develop smart processes using AI to make us more efficient.

Requirements

• Education: Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or similar – engagement in a student consulting firm or practical experience as a Werkstudent/intern is a plus.
• Technical Understanding & B2B Focus: You have a fundamental interest in the energy market and developing sustainable customer relationships in the B2B sector.
• Tech-Affinity: Great interest in AI, digital processes, and new tools.
• Numerical Understanding & Strategy: Confident handling of Excel, enjoyment of analytical application, and conceptual thinking.
• Mindset: High self-initiative, quick comprehension, and the drive to learn a lot of new things.
