We are looking for a motivated Werkstudent:in to join our team in Düsseldorf. You will work at the intersection of administration and business, gaining practical experience while contributing to modern administrative work and infrastructure projects at federal, state, and municipal levels.
Responsibilities
As part of the Corporate Function Politik und Partnerschaften, you will support us in various areas, including:
- Researching and analyzing our stakeholders, partners, and the market to create solid decision-making bases
- Creating professional and inspiring presentations for internal and external audiences
- Organizing workshops with creativity and structure, and managing their follow-up to ensure successful implementation of results
- Participating in the planning and management of selected network formats, connecting key decision-makers
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in economics, social sciences, humanities, political science, computer science, or a related field
- Ideally, some practical experience in consulting or project management
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in SharePoint and social media platforms being a plus
- Strong communication skills and an analytical and structured approach to work
- Ability and willingness to take on responsibility independently and a high level of eagerness to learn
- Excellent command of German (C1 level) in both speech and writing
