About the Role

As a Quality Control Analyst for Heat Pumps, you will ensure top-notch quality and safety standards in renewable energy systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Quality Checks: Perform remote inspection and final approval of acceptance protocols for heat pumps to guarantee our high technical and safety standards.
• Data Collection: Gather and structure relevant data from installations and acceptances to provide a clear picture of our performance.
• Error Analysis: Identify common error sources, understand the underlying causes, and document your findings accurately.
• Knowledge Transfer: Develop clear learning content and training materials from documented errors to improve our field teams daily.
• Continuous Improvement: Use your insights to actively improve processes, optimize workflows, and increase the efficiency of our installations.
• Interface Professional: Work closely with planning, installation, and maintenance teams to sustainably raise the overall quality to a new level.

Requirements

• Education & Conditions: You must be enrolled in a technical or engineering degree program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, Industrial Engineering) at a German university for at least two more semesters. You can support us with 15–20 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks).
• Ideal Profile: You have a strong interest in the heat pump industry – practical experience in the heat pump sector makes you an ideal candidate.
• Analytical Skills: You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and preparing complex technical information in an understandable way for others.
