Werkstudent*in technische Innovationen (m/w/d)

ITS Gruppe is seeking a passionate Werkstudent to join our team in Paderborn or St. Wendel, Germany. This role is ideal for students in computer science or related fields who are interested in technical innovations, AI, IT security, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support our team on projects or Proof of Concepts related to Agentic AI, Test Automation, IT Security, or modern automation platforms.
• Research new technologies, tools, and trends in IT and AI.
• Evaluate tools and technologies in terms of benefits, use cases, and technical feasibility.
• Identify suitable use cases for internal applications and customer solutions.
• Develop initial prototypes and technical demos.
• Collaborate closely with our software teams and contribute your own ideas and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Interest in new technologies, AI, IT security, and technical innovations with some prior experience.
• Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
