About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Large Projects to join our leading, nationally operating technical family business. You will be responsible for the execution of complex, sustainable utility projects: from initial planning and calculation, through realization, to delivery and handover.

Jouw rol

• Leading large, challenging mechanical engineering projects in utility construction (e.g., healthcare, education, offices, sports and cultural buildings).
• Managing a multidisciplinary project team and acting as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and construction partners.
• Drafting and monitoring the overall project planning, budgets, cost estimates, and margins.
• Coordinating material flows and personnel deployment for an efficient, profitable, and safe project execution.
• Monitoring quality, additional work, risks, and progress reports to management and clients.

Wie ben jij?

• You have a completed education in installation technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• You have experience as a project manager in utility construction, preferably with a mechanical engineering background.
• You are strong in communication, administrative accuracy, and can clearly switch between technology, planning, and finances.
• You feel at home in an informal, no-nonsense culture where collaboration and craftsmanship are central.

Standplaats en organisatie

• Location: Ridderkerk, with occasional travel to other locations and project sites.
• You will work within a close-knit group of specialists focusing on large-scale, complex utility projects.
• The company combines craftsmanship with innovation and sustainability, working on projects in sectors such as healthcare, sports, culture, recreation, education, offices, and hotels.
