About the Position
Title: Wiodący Ekspert Zarządzanie Produktami Klientów Strategicznych
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Form of Employment: Full-time contract

Responsibilities
- Lead active coverage of strategic clients in bond financing, preparing indicative terms, market presentations, transaction benchmarks, and responding to client questions about issuance conditions and timing.
- Monitor the Polish and regional corporate debt market (new issues, margin levels, investor demand, fund flows) and provide insights to sales teams and clients.
- Coordinate transactions from mandate to settlement, managing the issuance schedule, documentation, and collaboration with KDPW and GPW Catalyst.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors (TFI, OFE, insurers, banks), understanding their investment preferences and participating in roadshows.
- Collaborate with the Financial Markets Department to build a demand book and set issuance parameters based on investor feedback.
- Support clients in evaluating financing alternatives (bonds vs. credit, local vs. international markets, standard vs. ESG solutions) and structuring transactions.
- Monitor the regulatory environment for bond issuance (e.g., MAR, Bond Law, Catalyst, KNF) and ensure the currency of standards and documentation.
- Work with internal bank units (coverage, lending, risk, legal, compliance, financial markets) to ensure smooth process execution.
- Manage DCM processes and products, identify process risks, and support the maintenance of high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with DCM teams in the ING Group, developing knowledge and identifying potential international market issuances.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt capital markets, bond markets, or related fields (minimum 3 years in the Polish market).
- Strong knowledge of bond transaction structures (issuance programs, issuance conditions, KDPW, book-building, Catalyst).
- Authorized employee status.
- Ability to independently prepare transaction and market materials (term sheets, benchmarks, spread and coupon analyses).
- Fluent communication skills in Polish and English in a transactional context.
- Ability to effectively work in a multi-process environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in ESG emissions (green bonds, sustainability-linked bonds) and knowledge of ICMA and Green Bond Principles standards.
- Knowledge of the eurobond market and EMTN programs.
- Professional certifications (CFA, ACI) or postgraduate studies in financial markets.
- Knowledge of analytical tools (Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
- Experience in structured finance and understanding of bank credit processes.
