About the Position
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with 1+ year of experience to join our remote team. You will be responsible for creating, expanding, and debugging WordPress themes.
Responsibilities
- Create, expand, and debug WordPress themes
- Work with Advanced Custom Fields (PRO version)
- Ensure cross-browser responsive layout
- Understand basic website optimization techniques
- Work with GIT
- Experience with UNIX systems (Mint, Ubuntu)
- English at an Intermediate level for client communication
Requirements
- 1+ year of WordPress experience
- Ability to create new themes and expand existing ones
- Proficiency with Advanced Custom Fields (PRO version)
- Cross-browser responsive layout
- Understanding of basic website optimization techniques
- Experience with GIT
- Experience with UNIX systems (Mint, Ubuntu)
- English at an Intermediate level for client communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with plugins: WP Bakery, Elementor, WPML, WP Forms, WooCommerce, AMP.dev
- Experience in writing and refining WordPress plugins
- Knowledge and understanding of OOP principles
- Experience with MySQL and basic queries
- Experience with preprocessors (gulp)
