About the Position

Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress for remote contract roles. Focus areas include REST API, GraphQL, React/Vue, WooCommerce, and custom plugin development.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using WordPress, REST API, GraphQL, and modern PHP 8+.
• Create custom plugins and themes, including Gutenberg blocks.
• Implement high-traffic WordPress infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to build seamless user experiences.
• Optimize performance and security of WordPress sites.

Requirements

• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, REST API, GraphQL, Serverless, Microservices, SCSS, Backbone.js, Tailwind, ACF, CSS, Webpack, Composer, Git, jQuery, Elementor, BeaverBuilder, Shopify, Google Maps API, and NASA POWER API.
• Strong understanding of WordPress Core architecture, including hooks, filters, REST API, custom post types, and taxonomies.
• Experience in custom plugin and theme development.
• Ability to work asynchronously with US/EU teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
