About the Position
Join our team as a Work Health and Safety Technician to ensure safety compliance and monitor work activities on site.
Responsibilities
- Monitor work activities on site;
- Record and analyse non-conformities and other issues relevant to the project;
- Inspect equipment;
- Develop and update specific safety procedures;
- Investigate and monitor occupational accidents;
- Provide training and raise safety awareness among employees.
Requirements
- Level 6 Occupational Health and Safety Technician certification (preferred);
- Certified Trainer qualification (preferred);
- Experience in similar roles;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Residence in the Leiria area;
- Willingness to travel to project sites whenever necessary.
Conditions
- On-the-job technical training with continuous support and guidance;
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and demonstrated experience;
- 6-month employment contract.
