About the Position
Join TMC as a Work Planner for Energy Transition in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. Oversee technical project execution and contribute to sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Translate the client’s inquiry into a concrete execution plan and oversee the technical, organizational, and administrative aspects of the project.
- Apply for permits, order materials, and closely monitor progress.
- Collaborate intensively with operators, technicians, subcontractors, and permitting authorities.
- Manage schedules, coordinate revisions, and handle financial processing and delivery documentation.
Requirements
- At least an MBO-4 work and thinking level in electrical engineering or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a work planner or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (Dutch) both spoken and written.
- Driver's license B.
- Flexibility, solution-oriented mindset, and a sense of responsibility.

- A permanent employment contract with a gross monthly salary ranging from €2,800 to €4,500, depending on experience.
