About the Position

We are looking for a Workday HCM Specialist to join our IT Engineering team in Katowice, Warsaw, and Warszawa, Poland. The expected salary for this position is 9,600 - 16,000 PLN.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to become a subject matter expert in Workday HCM and be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives.
- Perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday HCM.
- Manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment.
- Provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM.
- Experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements, and performing system design and configuration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in HCM).
- Experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday HCM.
- Experience in optimizing Workday HCM processes.
- Workday Reporting experience.
- HR functional experience.
- Cross-functional knowledge with other modules of Workday.
