About the Position
Workday HR Consultant (m/f/d)

In our People Enablement Tech Department, we are seeking a skilled Workday HR Consultant to design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems. You will be part of our team of in-house HR consultants and collaborate very closely with HR, IT infrastructure, and different internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Use your expertise to supervise and develop the existing HR environment, find improvements and implement them
- Step into the technical project lead role for your projects
- Support the technical and functional implementation of processes by using Workday, Greenhouse, and further systems
- Understand the current business processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously optimize them
- Work closely together with key users from HR and guarantee a stable environment
- Accompany system and acceptance tests and document these thoroughly to create a profound base for evaluations and analyses
- Build up a trustful relationship to the project participants, consult them and represent a competent contact
- With your team, own the expansion of the current Workday implementation with customizations that support a fast-growing company
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator / Consultant for Workday
- Experience in implementation projects and consulting stakeholders during the phases of the project
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting
- Experience in the following modules is a plus: Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance, or Absences, Workday Integrations
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
