Workflow Automation Engineer

Currently, for our client, we are looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Long-term collaboration with a top international consulting firm providing IT services to large and medium-sized companies from various sectors.
• Designing and developing automated processes (workflows) using n8n or similar workflow platforms.
• Implementing orchestration and process logic using Node.js.
• Integrating APIs, interfaces, and data sources with the orchestration environment.
• Translating business requirements into stable and reliable technical processes.
• Diagnosing issues, optimizing, and maintaining process execution to ensure their reliable operation.

Requirements

• Experience in process orchestration and workflow automation.
• Practical experience with process automation tools such as n8n, Camunda, Airflow, or similar.
• Strong experience in programming in Node.js.
• Experience in API integration and system interfaces.
• Knowledge of German at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of English at B2 or C1 level – enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
• ASAP availability is welcome; a maximum one-month notice period is acceptable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP HANA Extended Application Services Advanced (XSA).
