About the Position

Workforce Management Specialist

The WFM Specialist role is the entry point into the Workforce Management career path, offering the opportunity to learn and grow in planning, analytics, and operational coordination.

You will support workforce planning activities for a large internal operation of 3,500+ employees, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role is suitable for candidates who already have initial work experience and are looking to build a long-term career, even without prior experience in WFM or the casino industry. All specific processes and tools will be learned during the training program.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the creation and update of daily and monthly schedules for internal employees
  • Making adjustments in schedules based on absences and operational needs
  • Monitoring daily operations and reporting any gaps in coverage
  • Using Excel and internal tools to track schedules and basic data
  • Checking schedules, working hours, and time-off requests
  • Supporting onboarding with basic information about schedules and processes
  • Handling simple administrative tasks related to workforce planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of work experience (this should not be your first job)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • High school diploma (Baccalaureate)
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills
  • Team player, able to handle multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Good English and Romanian skills

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Economics, or similar
  • Previous experience in administrative or operational roles
  • Exposure to reporting, scheduling, or data work
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Power Query
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (BPO, operations, customer support)
  • Experience in casino or live operations
