Description

We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) implementations for enterprise clients. This is a 100% client-facing role aligned to US EST time zone, combining responsibilities across functional consulting, project management (~70%), and system configuration. The role requires strong ownership, client engagement, and delivery excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM Implementation and migration projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into system solutions.
  • Own ~70% of project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and status reporting.
  • Define and manage RACI matrix and escalation frameworks.
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Configure systems based on client specifications, including time rules, pay policies, schedules, and HCM workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage data migration, validation, and integration with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Design and execute test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing, and parallel runs.
  • Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and hyper care stabilization.
  • Participate in client calls across UK and US time zones, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay current with HCM technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in HCM systems, with exposure to Time & Attendance, Core HR, Payroll, or Talent modules.
  • Skills:
    • Strong client-facing and consultative skills; ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making.
    • Experience in project planning, reporting, and governance.
    • Solid understanding of HCM processes and compliance requirements.
    • Experience with system configuration, data migration, and UAT.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Willingness to transition to new platforms and work in US shifts.
  • Technical Skills: Basic SQL or JavaScript knowledge.
  • Key Competencies:
