Working Student - Accounts Payable

About the Position

We are looking for a Working Student - Accounts Payable to join Bosch Global Business Services in Timișoara. This role involves supporting invoice verification and processing, and contributing to the company's mission to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Invoice verification and processing
• Monitoring workflows in the APM and SAP systems
• Accounts and balance reconciliation
• Month-end reconciliation of inter-unit suppliers
• Supporting year-end closing activities in the area of AP IFRS and local GAAP
• Ensuring good communication with local units
• Reading, understanding, and applying relevant procedures
• Fulfilling any other tasks related to the area of responsibility

Requirements

• Education: University Diploma or High school Diploma
• Language: English and another language
• Skills:
  • Medium computer skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and careful way
  • Team player and ability to work in a flexible way
