Working Student - Customer Master Data

About the Position

We are looking for a Working Student to join our team at Bosch Global Business Services in Timișoara, focusing on Customer Master Data. This role involves maintaining high data quality standards, supporting migration projects, and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high data quality standards by following documented procedures.
• Support migration projects.
• Provide 1st level consulting for Customer Master Data issues, with support from more experienced colleagues.
• Ensure good communication with local units and internal/external customers.
• Support in updating the procedures for the team.
• Perform cleansing activities for Customer Master Data in SAP.
• Read, understand, and apply procedures from the area of responsibility and interdepartmental procedures.

Requirements

• Studies: University Diploma or High school Diploma.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a structured and careful way.
  • Customer Service and communication skills.
  • Team player and ability to work in a flexible way.
  • Good communication skills in an intercultural environment.
  • Logical thinking, curiosity, and analysis abilities.
