Working Student - Customer Master Data

About the Position

We are looking for a Working Student to join our team in Timișoara for Customer Master Data. This role involves maintaining high data quality standards, supporting migration projects, and ensuring good communication with local units and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high data quality standards by following documented rules and regulations.
• Support migration projects.
• Provide 1st level consulting for Customer Master Data issues, with support from experienced colleagues.
• Ensure good communication with local units and internal/external customers.
• Support in updating the procedures for the team.
• Perform cleansing activities for Customer Master Data in SAP.
• Read, understand, and apply procedures from the area of responsibility and interdepartmental procedures.

Requirements

• Ongoing University studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a structured and careful manner.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work in a flexible way.
• Good communication skills in an intercultural environment.
• Logical thinking, curiosity, and analytical abilities.
• Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
• Strong awareness of quality, reliability, and responsibility.
• Understanding and compliance with work procedures.
• Outgoing and easy to get along with.
