Your Mission
- Work directly with the Head of People & Culture
- Configuration and ongoing development of our HRIS (Personio), including updates and data maintenance
- Employer branding: creating and managing social media content to strengthen our employer brand
- Support with contract-related work, e.g. drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts and related documents
- Contributing to HR projects across the entire employee lifecycle
Your Profile
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in an HR environment, e.g. through an internship or a working student role
- Trustworthy and diligent when handling confidential and sensitive data
- A feel for balancing data (systems, metrics, HRIS) and psychology (people, communication, empathy)
- Flexibility and agility to work confidently in an international environment
- Strong IT affinity and excellent communication skills
- Independent, structured, and hands-on way of working
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
