Responsibilities

• Support and administrate the work ramp
• Create reports and charts (Excel, PowerPoint; logistic Claim Management directly with the Customer, 8D reports) and transport request form
• Calculate transport KPI, data entry & export/analysis collection of deviations and tasks
• Perform operations analysis (profitability, competitive performance, cost analysis, real cost variations versus standard versus forecast, target)
• Adjust/maintain the (Kate) robots
• Manipulate Heijunka boards & print Kanban cards
• Offer support for end-of-month closing activities in the control department
• Participate in daily meetings and calls
• Prepare presentations and reports/organize/update/lead meetings in Skype/Teams with Bosch colleagues (customer planners) and external customers/suppliers
• Coordinate small projects

Requirements

Education:

• Undergraduate Student / Master in Purchasing, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics
• Excellent computer operating skills: Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory

• Well organized, focused, and able to meet strict deadlines

• Positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or related field
• Familiarity with additional reporting tools
