Responsibilities

• Operational Support

  • Record, analyze, and visualize production parameters and systems.
  • Contribute to defining and updating standards for industrial engineering processes.

• Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with other Bosch factories and central engineering teams.
  • Share insights and ideas to improve processes and reduce costs.

• Process Improvement

  • Assist in implementing productivity measurement tools.
  • Support ergonomic improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.

• Training & Documentation

  • Help deliver training on ergonomic principles and production standards.
  • Learn and apply industrial engineering tools like MTM.

• Administrative Tasks

  • Collect data and prepare KPI reports.
  • Ensure compliance with CljP procedures.

• Support PDM (product data management) with SAP updates

• Analyze data and prepare reports regarding CT (Cycle time) using different data sources

Requirements

• Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Conversational English skills
  • Medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Personal Traits:
  • Organized
  • Results-oriented
  • Adaptable
• Experience: Interest in learning about processes from a manufacturing factory.
• Initiative: Willingness to support and administer the plant ramp-up and learn about the latest trends in technology.
• Collaboration: Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
