Working Student - IT Tools Support & Admin

About the Position

We are looking for a Working Student - IT Tools Support & Admin to join Bosch Global Business Services S.R.L. in Timișoara, Romania. This role involves providing essential support for IT processes and tools in Source to Contract Indirect Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT Processes and Tools in Source to Contract Indirect Purchasing.
• Facilitate resolution of user tickets and address system inquiries within the IT ecosystem.
• Perform tests for implemented features for different IT tools.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting by using various data sources.
• Prepare basic presentations, reports, and visual materials to support team alignments and project updates.
• Maintain and make necessary updates to system documentation, user guides, and procedural manuals.
• Engage in 3rd level support activities for application-areas (modules).
• Report defects and follow up on the resolution.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives in Indirect Purchasing IT ecosystem.
• Ensure good communication with local units and cross-collaboration with other departments.
• Read, understand, and apply the procedures from the area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company.
• Fulfill any other tasks related to the area of responsibility, as requested by the direct superior.

Requirements

• Studies:
  • Education: Active student.
  • High school Diploma.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Language: Advanced English.
  • Ongoing University.
  • Basic knowledge of GenAI technologies and ability to apply them in day-to-day workflows.
  • Ability to work in a structured and careful way.
  • Team player and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Personality and way of working: Team player, flexible, creative, good communicator, independent, structured, and reliable.
