Working Student - Service Desk Agent

Responsibilities
- Support the team with operational tasks in daily business
- Ensure reliable and service-oriented handling of administrative tasks
- Perform password resets and manage user and access requests
- Profile administration, including the creation, maintenance, and management of user accounts
- Provide support in customer service
Requirements
- Proficiency in using common MS Office programs
- Structured and meticulous work style, combined with a quick understanding
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Resilience and flexibility
- Team spirit and a positive attitude
