About the Position
Working Student - System Operations (f/m/x)
IONITY is seeking a Working Student in System Operations to support the ultra-fast charging network testing and monitoring. Join our team in Unterschleißheim, Germany, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our charging infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support on test execution and analysis on HPC chargers (≥350 kW) at IONITY Test Site in Unterschleißheim from customer and charging infrastructure perspective.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test procedures and documentation.
- Assist in developing analysis tools to monitor the IONITY network.
- Support compatibility tests with different EV models.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (f/m/x) in bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Affinity for DC charging infrastructure and electromobility.
- Basic understanding or experience with communication systems and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) – basic knowledge in CAN/CAN FD is considered an added value.
- Basic knowledge of Python and Linux/UNIX programming environment.
- Very good communication skills in English (knowledge of German is considered an added value).
- Hands-on mentality, independent and analytical thinking.
- EU driving license type B.
