About the Position

Working Student - Travel and Expense

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join Bosch Global Business Services in Timișoara. This role focuses on providing support for operational processes, with an emphasis on learning work tools and the organization’s internal processes, to develop the competencies necessary for future performance in various roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform support activities for current operational processes
• Review documentation specific to internal processes
• Process and manage support tasks in accordance with established procedures
• Use internal work tools, learning their functionalities
• Comply with the team’s internal workflows and standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational objectives
• Ensure effective communication with the local unit and with internal/external clients
• Familiarize with, understand, and apply procedures within the area of responsibility, as well as other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company
• Perform any other tasks related to the area of responsibility, as assigned by the direct superior

Requirements

• Studies: University Diploma or High school Diploma
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Language: English; German and Spanish are a plus
  • Ongoing University
  • Medium computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Social media/marketing affinity is a plus
  • Ability to work in a structured and careful way
  • Team player and ability to work in a flexible way
