Responsibilities

• Research potential customers, markets, and relevant decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation and qualification and help turn initial contacts into potential opportunities.
• Contribute to outbound activities across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and test Sales and Demand Generation campaigns together with the team.
• Use modern AI, data, and sales tools to make our sales activities smarter and more efficient.
• Support events, go-to-market initiatives, and other customer acquisition activities.
• Gain exposure to the entire sales cycle and learn how an initial contact develops into an opportunity and ultimately a deal.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or college.
• Fluent German skills (minimum C1 level) are essential for this role, as you will communicate directly with German-speaking customers and prospects.
• Enjoy communicating and feel comfortable approaching new people.
• Work independently, take ownership, and are willing to contribute your own ideas.
• Curious about technology and interested in how AI and modern tools are changing the way we sell.
• A “no” does not discourage you – you are willing to learn, adapt, and try again.
• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, SAP, or B2B environments is a plus, but not a requirement.
