About the Position

About the Role
As the Workplace and People Operations Manager at telli, you will own the environment our team does its best work in. You'll be responsible for keeping our Berlin office running smoothly day to day: workplace processes, people operations, internal events, and the culture initiatives that make telli feel like telli.
Responsibilities
- Run our Berlin office: supplies, equipment, and ensuring productivity and organization
- Drive culture initiatives that keep the team connected as we grow
- Own the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Build automations around workplace and people operations using AI and no-code tools
- Jump in wherever help is needed, because no two weeks look the same
Requirements
- A few years of experience in workplace, office, or people operations, ideally at a startup
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to do the unglamorous work that makes everything else possible
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to build scalable processes
- Curiosity about tools and automation and a fast learning curve
- Ownership and initiative without needing detailed instructions
- Fluency in both English and German
- A host at heart, with a love for creating great experiences for others
