Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Wu language
- Deep, practical understanding of Wu grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
- Bachelor's degree in Wu language, linguistics, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication

- Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location
