About the Position
WUI-REP-NPLM&SLM Senior 资深新产品导入工程师
We are seeking a Senior 新产品导入工程师 to lead a new project team at AUMOVIO. This role involves overseeing the project's time, budget, team, and scope, ensuring functionality and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inputs and outputs from various disciplines to support the project team's objectives and targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the launch team in a new project.
- Monitor the project's time, budget, team, and scope.
- Ensure the functionality and quality of the project.
- Coordinate inputs and outputs from different disciplines.
- Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements.
- Develop operations quotes for industrialization.
- Define operations project targets (financial, scheduling, and scope).
- Select operations team members in conjunction with line management.
- Establish an adequate project base (meetings, information exchange, documentation, archiving).
- Build a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project.
- Tailor optional activities according to the project's needs.
- Develop and maintain the Manufacturing Launch Schedule.
- Perform Risk Management activities and control the implementation of risk items.
- Define the Manufacturing process and oversee the creation of work packages.
- Meet specific quality, cost, and timing requirements.
- Communicate any delays, problems, or risks to the Project Manager.
- Document Operations activities.
- Ensure the Operations Launch Team is staffed.
- Evaluate and manage the performance of team members.
- Oversee the implementation of necessary equipment and processes.
