About the Position
1+1 media invites a Legal Consultant (Digital Resources) to ensure the development of projects and support work processes within the company. Join a team of professionals who are leaders in the media industry and shape the future of media in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Contractual and legal work in the field of digital resources (websites, OTT platforms, YouTube channels), including preparation, analysis, support, and coordination of licensing, production, advertising, technological, and content distribution agreements.
- Legal support of the Company's advertising activities, including product placement projects, sponsorship integrations, direct advertising, and other advertising formats.
- Participation in negotiations for contract agreements and interaction with internal teams and partners.
- Providing legal advice and preparing legal opinions on digital and media activities.
- Legal analysis and monitoring of legislation in the media, advertising, and intellectual property sectors.
Requirements
- Full higher legal education.
- Practical experience in the media, television, advertising, digital, or production sectors for at least 2 years.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English at a level sufficient for working with contracts and international documents.
- Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
