About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Intellectual Property Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in a large or boutique law firm, specializing in intellectual property projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting projects with a primary focus on intellectual property, including advising on intellectual property matters, preparing client responses, and drafting legal documents such as memoranda and contracts.
• Supporting projects related to the development of software, other products, and technologies.
• Experience in data protection may be an advantage.
• Developed analytical and research skills, as well as strong writing and drafting skills for legal documents.
• Language proficiency: English – advanced.
• Communication skills, ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Ability to adapt to the quality standards and requirements of the firm regarding the implementation of projects.
